- Low hourly rate for sessions and no pay for admin work, minimal pay for late cancels and only paid if patient pays their fee.
- High client hours requirement and constantly pushed to intake more even if you're mostly booked out for months.
- You have to book 35+ sessions a week to get any bonus. Bonuses are a bit confusing.
- High turnover
- Very secretive and highly controls narratives. People will just be gone and no one knows why or if they quit or we're fired.
- Doesn't allow teens to sign themselves into therapy, doesn't allow any out of state services even if specific state laws would allow it.
- Encourages admin work during session and doesn't really encourage a lot of " best practices" for doing outside session work.
- Gives you a small stipend to decorate your office but only allows you to buy from preselected catalog where most items will take up the majority of your stipend so all the rest of your tools and decorations are self bought.
- insurance benefits are expensive and barely cover anything.
- little to no opportunity for growth within the company and when something does open up they hire outside the company.
