Pros

Great fellow therapists who are committed to quality care.

Cons

Only paid for client facing hours and you are scheduled up to 9 clients a day in order to meet the 7 sessions needed for their confusing and ridiculous bonus program. You'll have an average of 4-7 minutes for notes and very little break in between or time to eat lunch. It's not about therapy, it's about med management and TMS services, since that's where they make their money. Counselors burn out at incredibly high rates and put their own mental health at risk by working there. DO NOT work here!

Pros

There are really no pros to working here unless you want to be beat down daily and meant to never feel like you can do enough for this company. Unrealistic expectations from CSuite while they build thus "amazing" business. You need good employees first and they are losing them quickly

Cons

Do not risk your license to be associated with a company that allows medical tests and brain stipulations done by medical assistants with little oversight. Gross negligence that may hurt someone.

Pros

They will try and lure you in with a slight higher pay (for some positions) but do not be fooled, this is the most toxic work environment I have ever encountered.

Cons

The leadership treats its employees terribly, HR is a mean girls club, and they do not care about your personal life. You have to give every ounce of yourself to “building a business” and ironically do not care about the mental health of their employees. I have never worked at a place so toxic and I’ve worked in Finance and Banking for a long time. I can’t believe this company is represents mental health services.
