Discriminatory Environment - Anonymous employee Fandango Employee Review

Folks are treated unfairly (unjustifiably) and the people within HR/Management are letting it happen. They'll pretend that its a "serious concern" but clearly turn a blind eye when something wrong happens. There have been cases of obvious sexism, racism, and other discriminatory acts with little to no consequences. Some of these cases are related to direct acts by the executive team and/or their subordinates. Because they are owned by Comcast/NBCU, its hard to believe anyone will care enough to fix this issue and this will only continue to live under the radar (though they'll publicly claim they've resolved the issue).
