My contributions go unrecognized. My leader has a toxic / always gossiping about others on other teams, so I can't be as helpful and collaborative as I would like. My leader never recognizes me or my teammates. Select teams in the org where provided with benefits and work from home privileges, but it wasn't extended company wide. It feels like there is a "them" and "us" culture that has developed as a result and it is worrying that instead of removing the barriers that silo teams, it feels like it's created more friction between departments. It was discouraging to hear a new executive joined and is saying we aren't a tech company anymore. We need to scale our tech to stay ahead and stay relevant so long term goals aren't even clear or consistent among leaders.
