You’re publicly lambasted by executives for not sharing your opinions in front of everyone and when you do speak up you are publicly lambasted. HR has no concern for how anyone is treated, they allow executives to publicly humiliate their employees and then back them up by chiming in their own ignorance. The executive team is so disconnected from their employees and they don’t listen to feedback or take accountability of their own problematic behavior Diversity and inclusion ideas are mined from lower level employees who are asked to contribute effort to D&I programs that they invented in addition to their work hours without any additional compensation. Leadership is lazy and when they are forced to eat crow they make lower level employees to pick up their slack. The work culture is so toxic, nobody is honest so growth is not possible in a meaningful and long-standing way.
