Pros

They have a beautiful grounds, including a garden if you care about that.

Cons

On Call that wakes you up four nights a week anywhere between 10 and 3 AM. Many Saturday deployments a month that you have to be present for. Antiquated technology stack that gets no investment into modernizing. Overall, the brittle systems and production support is a full-time job for 5+ people.

Probably varies dept by dept. But my experience has been very good, overall. Great team, flexible schedule, not micro-managed, and given opportunities to advance my career.

Cons

Relative to what I've heard about other insurers, can't really offer any cons at this time.
