Home Office Employee - Anonymous employee Farm Bureau Financial Services Employee Review

Has become very top-heavy at the Home Office Management level. Has had major management changes over past 5 years years.....not good! Current CMO is a my-way-or-the-highway guy.....and rules by fear for your job. When Wall Street realizes the stock price has been supported by expense reduction and not growth, and the Board realizes investors and employees will suffer.........but CEO and his cronies will walk with big money and destroy another company. Typical !!
