Pros

Relationships with co-workers and industry education were great. This is a great company for someone starting out in the insurance industry or looking for a career as an insurance agent.

Cons

Poor leadership. High turnover in upper management. There is no succession planning which leads or people in management positions with poor leadership skills.

Probably varies dept by dept. But my experience has been very good, overall. Great team, flexible schedule, not micro-managed, and given opportunities to advance my career.

Cons

Relative to what I've heard about other insurers, can't really offer any cons at this time.
