Pros

The job really depends on the manager you work for. Mine was easy going and flexible. The pay was just okay but I didn't care. It was part time and I shared it with a friend so we could cover for eachother, etc.

Cons

Outdated software. They still used lotus notes and typical corporation stuff.

Pros

Probably varies dept by dept. But my experience has been very good, overall. Great team, flexible schedule, not micro-managed, and given opportunities to advance my career.

Cons

Relative to what I've heard about other insurers, can't really offer any cons at this time.
