I've had the opportunity to meet a lot of amazing people. While it is difficult working here, their support has made things a lot more tolerable. If it weren't for them, I would have lost my mind a long time ago!
Cons
My experience so far with Fashion Nova has been a nightmare! The company is run by insane, sociopathic control freaks who exploit, abuse, and disrespect employees on a daily basis! They set unrealistic expectations for us to meet, but don't give us the autonomy to do our jobs effectively. They keep meddling with our work, nitpicking every minor detail, and monitoring our every move at all times. My work-life balance is terrible as well due to crushing workloads, long hours, tight deadlines, and a lack of support. Job security is awful; leadership doesn't tolerate mistakes, and if you fall behind their impossibly high standards, you're probably not going to have a job by the end of the month. Even if you somehow manage to meet expectations and keep up with all the stress working here gives you, I still wouldn't recommend applying for a position at Fashion Nova due to the lack of opportunities provided to employees. Leadership is incredibly biased and only rewards people they like/personally know, and that probably isn't going to be you. I've seen a lot of talented people be ignored, simply because they weren't liked by them. Don't waste your time and save yourself the trouble by staying away!
