Fun fast paced environment Fruit guy outside

Cons

Upper management, including the CEO, treats people like objects and not humans. This includes forcing people to come in on weekends and making you feel guilty about needing a day off. There are 2 bathroom stalls for 200+ people There is no A/C There is no parking

Pros

Treat you with food trucks, constant supply of cold water/ice throughout the warehouse and you will lose weight from all of the walking. I walked about 8 1/2 miles a day (or more) just from picking

Cons

Extreme favortism, be prepared for excessive warehouse heat, high demand of performance quota, no communication regarding your performance, ALOT of pepple there that do not speak fluent English, many employees smell of alcohol/weed or wearing too much cologne and/or perfume
