Pros
My time at this company was a great experience overall. This was a small franchised store with a large customer base. There was a lot of new skills and experienced gained from being an employee here, and it was enjoyable to learn all the different aspects from working the front counter making inside sales and providing good customer service. The best parts were making friends with other co-workers that really helped make the day go by faster. Although the work could get monotonous at times, I can say that each day was a different day that added some diversity work wise. Work schedule is good, usually Monday through Friday. Work sometimes falls on over the weekend if there is a backlog but that's when overtime kicks in.
Cons
The pay is not the best. This is a job for someone that's going to school and wants to work part time. For full-timers, you need to put in the overtime if this is the only job that you rely on for a living wage paycheck. Some customers can be downright rude and impossible to please, but that's normal in the retail world, or anywhere for that matter.
