Good for start - Graphic Designer FastSigns Employee Review

I must say that my experience working for Fastsigns was quite mixed. While the company provided excellent opportunities for career growth in the visual communication industry, there were several challenges that made it difficult to enjoy working there. One of the biggest issues was bad management, which led to a lack of direction from management. It was challenging to perform duties effectively when dealing with spontaneous orders and clients who could not send files in the required format. This led to pressure from all sides to complete the work immediately, and it did not matter that you could not physically guarantee quality in such circumstances. Additionally, the salary was relatively low, which can be a significant deterrent for those looking to establish a career in this field. Another problem was being required to work with sales, even when it was not directly mentioned in the job description. This was quite frustrating and left me feeling unprepared to handle the added responsibilities. Despite these challenges, the work itself was rewarding for graphic designers who had their first work experience. However, if you are looking for a good work-life balance, it would be better to look for other opportunities.
