Pros
Lots of incredibly intelligent people. The vast majority of employees and managers are ethical and work for the good of their peers and the customers. The product itself is great, and you'll have the opportunity to impact and interact with the most prestigious companies on the internet.
Cons
Harassers and bullies are routinely rewarded, or just not effectively reprimanded. These people tend to find themselves in leadership positions at all levels, so their bad actions are multiplied across the business. Having a companywide pronoun policy won't undo toxic leaders in your teams.
