Pros

We're allowed to work from home during weekends and holidays.

Cons

- Failing business. - 70 hour work weeks. - Constant politics with teams and leaders undermining each other. - Non-technical executives imposing technical solutions based on the buzzword of the day. - Personal branding and self-promotion is encouraged, so lots of clueless web developers are given "leadership" on major projects they are unsuitable for.

Quite few pros currently. In case you're junior, you could learn from some of very knowledgeable professionals who are still there.

Cons

Top management is now doing all the things we used to oppose: serving questionable companies, offering discounts, hiring C-suite ex-colleagues... layoff.
