I have more than 15+ years' work experience and I can confidently say that I have never worked before in such an ethically committed, people oriented and pioneering tech company. I feel very fortunate to work in a company that allows me to be able to create my own opportunities, to feel listened, valued, appreciated and to work together with strongly committed, positive and capable co-workers. Cons
Not that I can think of at the moment. The whole company is very transparent, starting by the CEO. And that is something I value very much. I've never worked in such an open, diverse and transparent company where anyone can ask openly and directly the CEO questions. Bravo for that.
