Pros

Fastly is a great company! I joined because I was attracted to it's mission, humility in leadership and the opportunity to build. I've enjoyed my experience thus far and while things are not in the desired state, I remain committed and believe the new leadership in place will do great things.

Cons

The company is still holding on to legacy (ie, practices, processes, people) who no longer serve us well or position us for future success.

Pros

If you are fortunate enough to be hired under a strong, mature, professional, and caring manager, you can survive. A great boss can provide you with the necessary air cover and guidance through the quagmire that is the Fastly environment.

Cons

C-Suite CEO HR Everything not related to company profitability.
