Pros

Great people throughout the company. It is truly a fresh of breath air that when people say you can ask anything to learn more and they mean it. No silos to contend with, overall great collaboration across the board. This company puts just as much of focus on the employee that they put towards the customer. Constant improvement and innovation.

Cons

I cannot list any cons because I've yet to find one.

If you are fortunate enough to be hired under a strong, mature, professional, and caring manager, you can survive. A great boss can provide you with the necessary air cover and guidance through the quagmire that is the Fastly environment.

Cons

C-Suite CEO HR Everything not related to company profitability.
