Pros
- People are nice and friendly. A few of them actually work hard - Office is well kept and in a good location (Lunch provided most days) - Competitive Salary with decent compensation when they aren't changing it every 3 months.
Cons
- Can't retain leadership (get their stock, then they quit and sell) Lot's of company nepotism in the leadership currently. Bunch of ex-Cisco folks who cant sell their vision. - Late to the game on nearly every single product release. Waste time on things like a sustainability dashboard, while our competitors come out with products their customers actually want. - Marketing has absolutely no vision, budget, or the headcount to make a difference.
