Pros

Fastly is making better decisions. For the most part, they are putting the right people in the right positions and growing the product portfolio.

Cons

Still many growing pains. Product struggles to have proper managers and directors. Bouncing long-term, troublesome employees from team to team because a few executives have taken to them is killing the morale and collaboration with those teams.

Pros

If you are fortunate enough to be hired under a strong, mature, professional, and caring manager, you can survive. A great boss can provide you with the necessary air cover and guidance through the quagmire that is the Fastly environment.

Cons

C-Suite CEO HR Everything not related to company profitability.
