Pros

From the moment I joined Fastmore the entire staff was open, inviting, and enthusiastic in helping me learn, grow, and develop. You become part of a close-knit team that values your work contributions as well as who you are as a person. I'm excited to be part of a company that's constantly growing the business and adapting to change while still recognizing the individual contributions and personalities of its entire staff. Great environment to work in.

Cons

Logistics is an industry that moves pretty quick. So the work will keep you busy with plenty to do. The load is certainly manageable in my experience here, but you definitely want to stay on task (like with any job) to keep from falling behind. And you can always challenge a coworker to a game of ping-pong if you need a quick breather.

Pros

Office environment is very casual, but fast paced. Even if you have experience in the transportation and logistics industry, you haven't seen this. I knew nothing about Fastmore until I applied, but it is one of the best decisions I have made. The entire team is invested in making everyone as successful as he or she can be. There's no stuffed shirts, and management is extremely accessible. Fastmore is a younger player in the game and hungry for a bigger piece of the pie.

Cons

At times, overnight issues can be difficult to resolve, but everyone recognizes the limitations.

Cons

Would not recommend working here. Very poorly structured. Very poorly managed and very little pay. And toxic work environment
