Pros

Fastmore provides an encouraging and welcoming atmosphere from day 1! I had interviewed with several brokerages before deciding on Fastmore, and so glad I ended up here. There are not many brokerages that provide the opportunity for growth and comp that Fastmore does. If you’re willing to endure typical growing pains of a young company, you will be heavily rewarded. Great team atmosphere, fun quarterly events and great benefits.

Pros

Office environment is very casual, but fast paced. Even if you have experience in the transportation and logistics industry, you haven't seen this. I knew nothing about Fastmore until I applied, but it is one of the best decisions I have made. The entire team is invested in making everyone as successful as he or she can be. There's no stuffed shirts, and management is extremely accessible. Fastmore is a younger player in the game and hungry for a bigger piece of the pie.

Cons

At times, overnight issues can be difficult to resolve, but everyone recognizes the limitations.

Would not recommend working here. Very poorly structured. Very poorly managed and very little pay. And toxic work environment
