-Company Culture is perfect. Its a fun, comptetive, casual environment -Everyone is treated fairly -Diverse work force from various backgrounds -Real opportunity to make financial gain -Awesome management makes you feel comfortable to ask questions and make mistakes...Everyone is human still! - There is alot of growth here too, it seems like the office is constantly expanding to make more room :D

Pros

Office environment is very casual, but fast paced. Even if you have experience in the transportation and logistics industry, you haven't seen this. I knew nothing about Fastmore until I applied, but it is one of the best decisions I have made. The entire team is invested in making everyone as successful as he or she can be. There's no stuffed shirts, and management is extremely accessible. Fastmore is a younger player in the game and hungry for a bigger piece of the pie.

Cons

At times, overnight issues can be difficult to resolve, but everyone recognizes the limitations.

Would not recommend working here. Very poorly structured. Very poorly managed and very little pay. And toxic work environment
