Pros

Fast pace yet laid back environment, company definitely gives you time to adjust to the industry and provides the necessary tools / resources to succeed. Management is very understanding when it come to an individual's life/work balance.

Cons

Long days (industry standard) The structure of operation can sometimes get unbalanced in regards to company policy within each role. With that being said, Fastmore is rapidly growing and these things do happen.

Pros

Office environment is very casual, but fast paced. Even if you have experience in the transportation and logistics industry, you haven't seen this. I knew nothing about Fastmore until I applied, but it is one of the best decisions I have made. The entire team is invested in making everyone as successful as he or she can be. There's no stuffed shirts, and management is extremely accessible. Fastmore is a younger player in the game and hungry for a bigger piece of the pie.

Cons

At times, overnight issues can be difficult to resolve, but everyone recognizes the limitations.

Would not recommend working here. Very poorly structured. Very poorly managed and very little pay. And toxic work environment
