Pros
- Pay is on time. - Direct managers on both ends of the floor set you up for a successful career. - Environment is family oriented and close knit. - Theres a lot of great people there that are always willing to help - Small perks like birthday and lunch events - Flexible leave time. - Owner is sensible, down to earth and not pretentious. - They give you a great starting point for a career in logistics.
Cons
- The office is extremely fast paced at times and things can go wrong that are out of your control yet you will be held responsible for fixing the mess...everytime - Family Environments are great (most of the time). It became apparent management fails to reprimand toxic employees which is was the primary basis for my resignation. - This Industry is competitive on all ends and should be understood as such. Considering that is the case, there still needs to be a level of mutual respect between coworkers. Unfortunately the environment setup by both employees and the commission structure are counterproductive to that goal.
