There’s an opportunity to make a lot of money if you can stick around long enough.

Cons

The highest turnover rate I’ve ever encountered. Leadership hires and fires like it’s a hobby. Closed an entire office and laid off 30 people even though company was exceeding projections. Beware of all the red flags during the interview and do not be sold on their lies!!

Pros

Office environment is very casual, but fast paced. Even if you have experience in the transportation and logistics industry, you haven't seen this. I knew nothing about Fastmore until I applied, but it is one of the best decisions I have made. The entire team is invested in making everyone as successful as he or she can be. There's no stuffed shirts, and management is extremely accessible. Fastmore is a younger player in the game and hungry for a bigger piece of the pie.

Cons

At times, overnight issues can be difficult to resolve, but everyone recognizes the limitations.

Would not recommend working here. Very poorly structured. Very poorly managed and very little pay. And toxic work environment
