Difficult to get administrative support - Instructor Fayetteville Technical Community College Employee Review

I ended up leaving because it looked like there was no way to advance (I was an instructor) in my career and there was absolutely no support from the administration. I really thought the administration was a joke and intentionally did things in inefficient ways.
