Bosses don’t act like bosses when they need to. Departments compete with each other and expect everything to be done perfectly, even when they don’t give enough details or instructions on how they want something done. I know a college is a business, but there is an extreme lack of care for students at this school. Very sad when they have the potential to be really great.
