Pros
Its a job. Some students are ok, others are there for reasons that I cannot explain. They couldn't care less about learning the material in their given major.
Cons
Administration is garbage. Some VPs have openly discussed how they won't hire white people for positions. New 12 month faculty is given less time off than staff employees, and their earned vacation time never goes up. Morale among faculty is at an all time low. The college only cares about earning their FTE. The previous president should be investigated for embezzlement and money laundering. I wonder what ever happened to that $1.4M check that came up missing right before he retired.
