Pros

I thought this job would be decent since I had to jump through so many hoops to get it. Be prepared for a 2-3 hour interview process complete with written testing. Follow that up with 2-3 weeks of silence from them not knowing if you're even hired or not. Get scheduled for physical. Another week. Get scheduled fo orientation. 2 more weeks. Be prepared for them to not tell you how much the position pays until they call you. It's not competitive. Find out orientation is a week long 8 hours a day with even more testing. Attend glorious Fientool indoctrination seminars for a week getting quized often on all the things that make Feintool #1. Pass final test and get certificate of greatness.

Cons

Get to press room. It's 110 degrees and loud enough to make you go deaf. Find out it's 6-7 days a week mandatory, no sitting. 20 minute lunch. No breaks. Forklift traffic like the autobahn. Cranes, heavy rolls of steel and tooling everywhere waiting to maim you. Guy on your machine tells you hes been cut and had his feet run over. Another guy had his hand crushed. Everyone complaining and looking for other jobs. Machine is as big as a house but doesn't work. Have to tear down and set up constantly quadrupling the probability of maiming. Material and tooling all has to be manhandled with a crane while battling heat exhaustion and trying to keep all your appendages. Bosses constantly up your bum about production and quality. Every minute tracked via Fientools self aware global annihilation supercomputer system. Try to remember what life was like before joining the Bataan death march known as Feintool. It's fuzzy but you can almost... Did I mention Feintool is #1?
