Pros
Fully remote, competitive salaries, company bonus plan, benefits, 401K with matching, employee rewards, 20+ days PTO
This is the best agency I have worked at. Management works to reward employees through salaries/bonuses and benefits/perks and offers more than similar-sized agencies do. They expect you to work hard and hustle, which is exactly what you'd expect in a growth stage company but they are always working to add resources and streamline processes to make work life easier.
There are so many smart people with great attitudes that are truly willing to help you out with anything you need, even if not in their own department.
Behind the scenes, management listens to and considers feedback, even if they can't address or fix immediately.
The company continues to exceed growth goals and increase in team size and revenue.
Cons
Management could communicate more ahead of time what upcoming plans are so that employees know that concerns are being addressed.
The agency is in a growth stage, which is typically messy as there are still processes to be added or updated, more resources needed, and restructuring of departments and roles. But a growth stage company also means more opportunity as new roles and leadership roles get added.
If you're not up for the challenges and hard work of a growth stage company (that comes with rewards for those that work hard and keep a positive attitude), then you may want to choose a larger company to work for.
