Pros

It seems if you are part of the PPC/Paid Ads team, you'll probably enjoy it here.

Cons

Writing this in the hope that leadership will take notice of the concerns many of us have raised. The company has undergone significant changes recently, especially with the departure of a key leader during our merger or acquisition. It’s clear that either this leader played a vital role in holding things together, or the new management approach has shifted the culture—perhaps a bit of both. There now seems to be a heavy emphasis on sales without fully considering the perspectives of the teams responsible for delivering on those promises. Managers assure us they are advocating for our needs, but we haven’t seen any tangible changes, indicating that upper management may be overlooking or dismissing these issues. The result is a high-stress environment, with many of us experiencing increased anxiety and loss of morale. This isn’t the company we were once so proud to work for.

Pros

Fully remote, competitive salaries, company bonus plan, benefits, 401K with matching, employee rewards, 20+ days PTO This is the best agency I have worked at. Management works to reward employees through salaries/bonuses and benefits/perks and offers more than similar-sized agencies do. They expect you to work hard and hustle, which is exactly what you'd expect in a growth stage company but they are always working to add resources and streamline processes to make work life easier. There are so many smart people with great attitudes that are truly willing to help you out with anything you need, even if not in their own department. Behind the scenes, management listens to and considers feedback, even if they can't address or fix immediately. The company continues to exceed growth goals and increase in team size and revenue.

Cons

Management could communicate more ahead of time what upcoming plans are so that employees know that concerns are being addressed. The agency is in a growth stage, which is typically messy as there are still processes to be added or updated, more resources needed, and restructuring of departments and roles. But a growth stage company also means more opportunity as new roles and leadership roles get added. If you're not up for the challenges and hard work of a growth stage company (that comes with rewards for those that work hard and keep a positive attitude), then you may want to choose a larger company to work for.
