Pros
Some of the best co-workers I have ever met. Good benefits, remote work and flexible time off.
Cons
Fetch used to be a great place to work and for the first couple years I could genuinely say that I loved my job. However, over the past couple of years, the company has shifted focus away from a human-first mindset. Leadership seems more concerned with cutting roles and pushing automation than supporting employees. Perks have been cut, DEI initiatives rolled back, and leadership has struggled to provide clear direction. Multiple waves of layoffs over the past ~8 months have created a tense and uncertain environment. The workplace has become toxic, with employees constantly on edge and morale very low. New role responsibilities are frequently added without notice or support, yet employees are held accountable as if nothing changed, creating stress and frustration.
