Pros

If you are someone who works hard and handles change well, your career will be limitless here. Every day, I encounter new challenges that stretch my abilities and allow me to learn and develop new skills. Performance is awarded - if you do good work, you will get more opportunities and compensation to match. There is a ton of autonomy and trust put into leaders across all levels of Fetch. We are trusted to move things forward, figure things out, and make the right decision. I am surrounded by smart and talented people who push me to keep leveling up. Outside of everything above, Fetch also just has tons of great perks: - Insanely good benefits (much better than what my spouse's employer offers for far less cost) - Flexible working schedules - Remote/hybrid working with all the equipment you could possibly need - Gorgeous offices - Casual working environments - Stock options - Unlimited PTO - Free pet insurance - Free gym memberships On top of all of this, Fetch is just filled with really kind, down-to-earth people. I have amazing co-workers.

Cons

I don't believe any of these are cons, but they aren't always the right fit for everyone. Fetch moves incredibly fast and things change a lot! What other companies call fast is slow at Fetch. We are learning and getting better every day, which means we often learn that our approach isn't the best - so we change it. I love this environment, but many people are stressed by it. The expectation at Fetch is that you are getting better every day. If you want to coast or keep your head down, you won't find a ton of success at Fetch. But again, if you are motivated and want to grow, this is your place.

Pros

- Smart, low-ego people who actually want to win together - Real ownership. You get room to build and the trust to run with it - Leadership is transparent and moves fast without the politics - The mission and the pace make the work feel worth it - Strong benefits and a culture that respects you as a whole person

Cons

- We move fast, and growth comes with ambiguity, so if you need heavy structure and predictability it can be a lot at first

Pros

Good benefits, great pto policy, great rewards system, on paper the company looks great

Cons

-incompetent leadership (not all, but a good portion) -bait and switch style hire process -they don't have solid direction on where they are headed so it's a lot of top-down confusion -leaders have heads in the clouds but don't know how the tactical things happen, so there are two different realities amongst execs and the lower level employees doing the work -pay comparisons are questionable -microaggressions, bullying, and bias run rampant as it's not much diversity -absolutely no one knows who does what, so you will spend hours or days finding the right person just to get a task done OR question answered. Causing unnecessary delays and tension. -Because of the ai first nature, a lot of people are hired that don't have a clue what they are doing tactically. So conversations and next steps are written and fueled by ai. -Everyone talks like walking philosopher degrees with unnecessary filler and jargon to SOUND like they know what they are doing, but not enough tactical skill. Semantics are huge here. Because of this, ALOT of miscommunication and confusion happens. -They don't have the proper organization or management tools, just slack heavy... as you can imagine chaos breeds in this space. Everyone says "Welcome to Fetch" instead of just hiring the right leaders to bring structure asap. -The focus is too much on doing whatever to get the job done and hit revenue goals.
