Pros
If you are someone who works hard and handles change well, your career will be limitless here. Every day, I encounter new challenges that stretch my abilities and allow me to learn and develop new skills. Performance is awarded - if you do good work, you will get more opportunities and compensation to match. There is a ton of autonomy and trust put into leaders across all levels of Fetch. We are trusted to move things forward, figure things out, and make the right decision. I am surrounded by smart and talented people who push me to keep leveling up. Cons
I don't believe any of these are cons, but they aren't always the right fit for everyone. Fetch moves incredibly fast and things change a lot! What other companies call fast is slow at Fetch. We are learning and getting better every day, which means we often learn that our approach isn't the best - so we change it. I love this environment, but many people are stressed by it. The expectation at Fetch is that you are getting better every day. If you want to coast or keep your head down, you won't find a ton of success at Fetch. But again, if you are motivated and want to grow, this is your place.
