Pros
First and foremost, I have never worked somewhere with such a genuine, kind, and respectful culture. Everyone is treated with respect and there is such an emphasis on its people. We recognize the work we do is important to our users and each other but it is not our life. I've never had a healthier work/life balance or felt as cared about by my manager and colleagues. I've worked at other companies where so many great ideas were met with resistance because of leadership egos or who they came from. But my experience at Fetch has been that people wrestle with ideas, not people and that great ideas win out...no matter where they come from (and those people are recognized, not just their managers)! It is exciting work because so much of it is uncharted territory and opportunities for innovation is a constant.
Cons
It has improved significantly since I've been here but not all of the different departments collaborate for their shared goals and can sometimes get in the way of one another.
