Pros

Great benefits, good work life balance, some amazing coworkers.

Cons

Having worked at this company, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. While some employees have positive experiences depending on their team and manager, my time here revealed significant organizational challenges that potential employees should consider. The company culture has shifted dramatically from its startup roots. Senior leadership exhibits concerning behaviors, including prevalent gossip and internal politics. There's an ego-driven culture at the upper levels, where disagreement with leadership often leads to professional consequences. More concerning is the presence of workplace bullying, which when reported, is often dismissed or minimized. The company also maintains restrictive policies about internal networking, with some managers actively discouraging cross-departmental collaboration. Management operates through manipulation and control, withholding feedback until review periods where it can be leveraged against you. Leadership actively rewards toxic management styles that prioritize dominance over development. The culture systematically discourages any form of constructive challenge to authority, creating an environment of compliance through intimidation rather than genuine respect.  Career growth and compensation are major pain points, particularly for those outside the Sales and GTM teams. Despite years of dedication, many talented employees see minimal salary increases or promotional opportunities. The company's recent trend of hiring executives from major tech companies has further limited internal advancement. Educational achievements, such as advanced degrees, are largely dismissed when discussing career progression. Advancement appears to be heavily influenced by favoritism rather than merit. Operational challenges pervade daily work. The company's strategic direction shifts approximately every 6-month intervals, creating instability. Poor data quality and inadequate internal systems lead to cross-departmental inefficiencies and frustration. While town halls paint an optimistic picture, the reality on the ground tells a different story. The HR department typically aligns with management interests rather than addressing employee concerns, and meaningful performance feedback is often reserved for review periods, where it's used to justify compensation decisions. For those considering joining, understand that while this was once an innovative tech startup, it has evolved into an environment where protecting status quo often takes precedence over employee well-being and professional growth. Consider this a word of caution: thoroughly vet any opportunity here before accepting. The experiences shared above only scratch the surface. Make your career choices wisely - your future self will thank you.

Pros

Good benefits, great pto policy, great rewards system, on paper the company looks great

Cons

-incompetent leadership (not all, but a good portion) -bait and switch style hire process -they don't have solid direction on where they are headed so it's a lot of top-down confusion -leaders have heads in the clouds but don't know how the tactical things happen, so there are two different realities amongst execs and the lower level employees doing the work -pay comparisons are questionable -microaggressions, bullying, and bias run rampant as it's not much diversity -absolutely no one knows who does what, so you will spend hours or days finding the right person just to get a task done OR question answered. Causing unnecessary delays and tension. -Because of the ai first nature, a lot of people are hired that don't have a clue what they are doing tactically. So conversations and next steps are written and fueled by ai. -Everyone talks like walking philosopher degrees with unnecessary filler and jargon to SOUND like they know what they are doing, but not enough tactical skill. Semantics are huge here. Because of this, ALOT of miscommunication and confusion happens. -They don't have the proper organization or management tools, just slack heavy... as you can imagine chaos breeds in this space. Everyone says "Welcome to Fetch" instead of just hiring the right leaders to bring structure asap. -The focus is too much on doing whatever to get the job done and hit revenue goals.
