Pros

Health Insurance was actually decent.

Cons

A toxic and abusive workplace culture where gaslighting and emotional manipulation were normalized. Management made a company-wide push for employees to build AI tools, with the stated promise that no one would lose their job as a result. Then they laid off over 10% of the workforce — including some of the hardest-working, most loyal employees. The people retained were often less productive, less engaged, and more favored by leadership — highlighting clear favoritism and a lack of merit-based decisions. Raises were low regardless of performance, value, or inflation. They always have excuses as to why raises and promotions aren't going to happen. Yet they love making you do the work of 3 people and 6 roles. Promotions were treated as rewards for already doing the next-level job without pay — no training, no guidance, just "prove you deserve it first." They dangled the carrot just to keep you overperforming. Targets were never obtainable as they constantly changed goals. High emotional toll: The number of people that had mental breakdowns was numerous. Every employee I talked to just wanted to quit, or just completely "checked out". Many in leadership positions were picked by their work buddies. Many were just picked because they were "there." So many do not know what actual leadership and management means. Layoffs and major decisions were handled with zero transparency and no acknowledgment of impact. Psychological safety is non-existent. Speaking up or asking questions can put a target on your back. You also need to watch your back as fellow colleagues will steal your work and claim it as theirs. A practice actively encouraged by leadership. When I started here it was a great company to work for. Wes was an active participant in many meetings, engaged with his employees, etc. Now if he shows up at all it's a miracle and his speeches are often scripted nonsense. He went from being the leader who cried because he was facing laying people off when the company was lean on cash to a corporate puppet that could care less. Don't let older reviews persuade you into thinking this is the place to work.

Pros

Good benefits, great pto policy, great rewards system, on paper the company looks great

Cons

-incompetent leadership (not all, but a good portion) -bait and switch style hire process -they don't have solid direction on where they are headed so it's a lot of top-down confusion -leaders have heads in the clouds but don't know how the tactical things happen, so there are two different realities amongst execs and the lower level employees doing the work -pay comparisons are questionable -microaggressions, bullying, and bias run rampant as it's not much diversity -absolutely no one knows who does what, so you will spend hours or days finding the right person just to get a task done OR question answered. Causing unnecessary delays and tension. -Because of the ai first nature, a lot of people are hired that don't have a clue what they are doing tactically. So conversations and next steps are written and fueled by ai. -Everyone talks like walking philosopher degrees with unnecessary filler and jargon to SOUND like they know what they are doing, but not enough tactical skill. Semantics are huge here. Because of this, ALOT of miscommunication and confusion happens. -They don't have the proper organization or management tools, just slack heavy... as you can imagine chaos breeds in this space. Everyone says "Welcome to Fetch" instead of just hiring the right leaders to bring structure asap. -The focus is too much on doing whatever to get the job done and hit revenue goals.
