Pros

Some coworkers are helpful and nice.

Cons

This company is deeply dysfunctional, and the problems start at the management level. I’ve personally seen managers fired for having relationships with employees they managed and with account executives — situations that should never have been allowed to happen in the first place, let alone repeat. Favoritism runs through everything: certain reps get sent to more events and get more support from account executives simply because they’re in a manager’s good graces, while everyone else is left to fend for themselves. Rather than leading with support, management relies on fear — on the rare occasion the team falls short of quota, the response isn’t to figure out what went wrong, it’s to make the entire team feel like they’re not good enough. It’s no surprise turnover here is so high; reps either burn out from the pressure or watch the nepotism play out around them and decide it’s not worth staying for. What’s most telling is what happened to the employee who reported the nepotism to HR: after HR took action on the issues raised, that employee was fired just two days later. Overall, this is a workplace where politics and fear drive more decisions than merit or leadership ever do, and speaking up can cost you your job.

Pros

Full remote, "people first" AI adoption, and cutting edge technology. One of the best technilogy orgs I have been a part of. Very innovation friendly- new ideas are welcomed! Generous time off and flexible working environment.

Cons

No bonuses, but the higher base pay makes up for it. There are growing pains where some people get overloaded, but management addresses those areas quickly.

Pros

Good people on the team and the ability to earn money quickly

Cons

The culture felt extremely toxic, with leadership often creating an environment driven by fear, favoritism, and constant pressure rather than support and development. Leadership and executives are in it only for themselves. Work-life balance was virtually nonexistent. Employees were regularly expected to work holidays, often staying until 10 or 11 PM with little appreciation or recognition for the sacrifice. Long hours became the expectation rather than the exception. I was also disappointed by how customers were treated. There was often a significant disconnect between what was promised and what was actually delivered, and many decisions seemed focused on short-term gains instead of creating a positive customer experience. Behind the scenes, there were practices and conversations that made me uncomfortable and did not align with the level of transparency and professionalism I would expect from a company. The turnover was high, morale was low, and many employees seemed burned out. While there are some good people working there, the overall environment made it difficult to feel valued or optimistic about the future.
