Pros

White-collar job for resume development. Healthcare etc.

Cons

The culty, not-that-subtly Mormon culture of this company is a nightmare that the pay doesn’t come close to making up for. They glorify overwork like no other job I’ve had, and the fake smiles and fake encouragement of the culture is pretty unparalleled. Better than unemployment - best I can say.

Pros

the office is pretty nice, benefits are decent Chicago managers are great

Cons

The most micromanaged company I’ve ever worked for. The managers in Utah are single handedly pushing out every good rep this company had with their intense micro management. It doesn’t matter if you’re hitting quota, that’s not enough. They pick apart every single thing you do and there’s always someone hawking over your shoulder to make sure it’s done the exact way that they want. Overall, stay away from this company, I don’t know anyone who is actually enjoys working for Filevine. Nothing ever seems to be good enough for them, there’s constant stress and anxiety solely created by the Utah upper management. zero work life balance, regardless of what they try to tell you. Just stay away, trust me.

Pros

Co workers are some of the coolest people you’ll meet.

Cons

RUN DONT WALK. It feels like if prison and highschool had baby. Most micromanaging company you’ll work for. They don’t care about work life balance they only care about hitting their numbers. The goals they set are all so unachievable it is isn’t even motivating to hit. Not worth your mental health. DO NOT WORK HERE
