Extremely toxic culture Employees judged by office hours, not actual work output Zero skill development and learning opportunities Technology stack stuck in the 90s with no modernization HR effectively runs the entire company and enforces rigid 9-hour attendance even when there’s no work Managers lack spine and simply echo HR’s nonsense instead of supporting teams CEO openly demeans individuals, creating a fear-driven environment Overall: No growth, poor leadership, not recommended.

Fiorano used to be a wonderful place to work in 5-7 years back. There was some really good technology built within the company. Now its just a slave shop run by a lavish CEO who does not care anymore about his employees as he cares about his company. The company is sent to the dogs and there is absolutely nothing remotely interesting happening within the company. Growth and appreciation is determined by this one person who knows too little of what is happening with the product. It does not know how to treat its employees. Where have you heard of saturdays being an official working day?. All in All, stay away and if possible run away.
