The people in tech team(except managers for sure).

Cons

Almost 0 growth,low pay,0 benefits,no work from home,for leaves you sometime have to literally beg,you won't even get a laptop. You have to be inside office for 9 hrs and the time will be recorded. Feels like a service based company.

Fiorano used to be a wonderful place to work in 5-7 years back. There was some really good technology built within the company. Now its just a slave shop run by a lavish CEO who does not care anymore about his employees as he cares about his company. The company is sent to the dogs and there is absolutely nothing remotely interesting happening within the company. Growth and appreciation is determined by this one person who knows too little of what is happening with the product. It does not know how to treat its employees. Where have you heard of saturdays being an official working day?. All in All, stay away and if possible run away.
