Pros

1)Every one wants to leave the company, so people sort of bond quickly. This, however, reflects in work as well. Though, work environment cannot be called as healthy, it is good on personal levels. 2) Compensation is satisfactory.

Cons

1) Crazy management. 2) CEO who thinks people as his slaves, doesn't care about anything but money. 3) CEO doesn't stop from shouting on Tech Leads in front of every one, thus, contributing in corrupting the work environment. 4) More importance to number of hours spent in office, rather than work itself, a minimum of 10 hours. 5) Saturdays working. 6) Extreme objection to holidays taken.

Decent compensation and some decent people to work with

Fiorano used to be a wonderful place to work in 5-7 years back. There was some really good technology built within the company. Now its just a slave shop run by a lavish CEO who does not care anymore about his employees as he cares about his company. The company is sent to the dogs and there is absolutely nothing remotely interesting happening within the company. Growth and appreciation is determined by this one person who knows too little of what is happening with the product. It does not know how to treat its employees. Where have you heard of saturdays being an official working day?. All in All, stay away and if possible run away.
