1. Great product and even better team 2. If you like fun there is Fiorano Annual event 3. At a personal level was an institution for me - learned dynamics of carrying myself, relation building in the international circuit. 4. Had the chance to work with Atul directly...great role model in - lot may envy him they way he balance work and life (and the way he enjoys it )

Fiorano used to be a wonderful place to work in 5-7 years back. There was some really good technology built within the company. Now its just a slave shop run by a lavish CEO who does not care anymore about his employees as he cares about his company. The company is sent to the dogs and there is absolutely nothing remotely interesting happening within the company. Growth and appreciation is determined by this one person who knows too little of what is happening with the product. It does not know how to treat its employees. Where have you heard of saturdays being an official working day?. All in All, stay away and if possible run away.
