Cons
Mercurial and incompetent management from the Top to the mid-level. Abusive/toxic work environment overall. Loudest, flashiest talkers and presentations get everything from management, including multiple promotions and raises. - Company had very ambitious plans that will not be met on the timelines claimed to investors. There is a very high attrition in the last months with a relevant bleed of highly skilled workforce. - Senior and middle management has been responsible for bulliying episodes and weird dismissals covered up by financial settlements or some BS explanation of other Senior/middle management exits. -Nepotism
