Pros
I have great direct coworkers. Management is so out of touch that they're unaware that a whole team is actively shopping for a new work. Not sure they'd care if they did.
Cons
Wet paper bags the world over are safe from our management. The company has no idea what the company is doing. Their solution to more work is having people wear more hats instead of hiring the right people to wear those hats. Information Technology is treated like a cost center not an infrastructure investment. Management demands results in a specified time, disrupts the sprint they had people plan and then blame them for not completing tasks in the time specified. Positions aren't backfilled. They're just delegated out to the next person management tries to burn out.
