Cons
They don’t do performance based raises only a 1-4% raise in April based on the quarter you started the year prior. They are short staffed and push for employees to do multiple jobs without pay or title adjustments. They use career growth “opportunities” as a substitute for raises and higher pay. an unbalanced work from home schedule that negatively impacts productivity for the employees. Promotion practices are unorganized and leadership seems unprepared for the position. Outdated programs and policies regarding call center culture and daily procedures.
