Working here was one of the most mentally and emotionally draining experiences of my career. The environment was defined by toxic micromanagement, where trust was nonexistent and every task was scrutinized to the point of paralysis. Leadership fostered a culture of fear rather than growth, and discriminatory behavior—particularly racial bias—was not only tolerated but embedded in the management style. Despite raising concerns through appropriate channels, nothing changed. Instead, retaliation and gaslighting became the norm. The constant stress and lack of psychological safety nearly cost me my mental health. No job is worth that.
