Pros
The only pro of working at this company is the biweekly paycheck.
Cons
I worked in HR at First Horizon for two years, and my experience showed me a company that consistently prioritized its own interests over those of its employees. The intense micromanagement stems from unrealistic expectations set by senior leadership, creating a high-pressure environment with little regard for work-life balance.
The company has also required employees to return to the office full-time, offering virtually no flexibility for remote or hybrid work. That decision speaks volumes about how much value is placed on employee well-being.
To make matters worse, I saw instances where previously approved vacation requests—even trips that had already been booked and paid for—were later revoked. Before accepting an offer here, I would strongly encourage you to consider whether this is the kind of culture you want to be part of.
