Pros

small enough for individual contributors to have impact. growth potential based on skill and education is a plus in some areas. Core market is still viable management just needs to regroup.

Cons

Senior management is not skilled in management an communication. Senior management lacks realistic strategic visuallization capabilities and they do not know how to, or do not concern themselves with managing the details. Look before you leap. Witness failed (so called) national strategy. management has the tendency to blame the lowest ranking employees for failures of those at the top. Clueless on manging with any sort of meaningful metrics in mind.

Pros

Great culture Flexibility Team Collaboration Growth Opportunities ERG’s Benefits

Cons

I had a very positive experience overall. If I had to identify an area for improvement, I’d say that as the company continues to grow, there are opportunities to further streamline processes and enhance cross-team communication. That said, it’s a natural part of growth, and I appreciated being part of that evolution.

Pros

The only pro of working at this company is the biweekly paycheck.

Cons

I worked in HR at First Horizon for two years, and my experience showed me a company that consistently prioritized its own interests over those of its employees. The intense micromanagement stems from unrealistic expectations set by senior leadership, creating a high-pressure environment with little regard for work-life balance. The company has also required employees to return to the office full-time, offering virtually no flexibility for remote or hybrid work. That decision speaks volumes about how much value is placed on employee well-being. To make matters worse, I saw instances where previously approved vacation requests—even trips that had already been booked and paid for—were later revoked. Before accepting an offer here, I would strongly encourage you to consider whether this is the kind of culture you want to be part of.
