I had a very positive experience overall. If I had to identify an area for improvement, I’d say that as the company continues to grow, there are opportunities to further streamline processes and enhance cross-team communication. That said, it’s a natural part of growth, and I appreciated being part of that evolution.

The intense micromanagement stems from unrealistic expectations set by senior leadership, creating a high-pressure environment with little regard for work-life balance. The company has also required employees to return to the office full-time, offering virtually no flexibility for remote or hybrid work. That decision speaks volumes about how much value is placed on employee well-being. To make matters worse, I saw instances where previously approved vacation requests—even trips that had already been booked and paid for—were later revoked. Before accepting an offer here, I would strongly encourage you to consider whether this is the kind of culture you want to be part of.
